Repair process

If it is determined by our customer and technical support teams that your Treadly will require to be repaired, please note that repairs are done by our trained technicians at our facilities.

 

If your Treadly is within the 12 month warranty, our customer support team will assist with the steps needed to get your Treadly back to us, including arranging the FedEx pickup at your residence and providing you with a pre-paid shipping label.

 

If your Treadly is outside of the 12 month warranty, our customer support team will assist with the steps needed to get your Treadly back to us, including directing you to pay for the repair and all shipping costs (price to be quoted beforehand) via Paypal, arranging the FedEx pickup at your residence, and providing you with the shipping label.
