If you are not satisfied with your Treadly, you can return it within 30 days upon receipt. Treadly’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.
Because of the size and weight of the Treadly Treadmill, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid to receive your treadmill. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping to return the unit back to our facility, unless the unit is found to be mechanically malfunctioning.
If your Treadly is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you will not receive your full refund as the cost of damages will be deducted from your refund.
All units returned will go through a thorough inspection, with all damages/defects documented before any refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for purchase.
