Treadly 1 - E2 message displayed

When an E2 is displayed on the screen,  please follow the next troubleshooting steps:

  • Is the belt moving freely without any noise?
  • Is the user within the weight limit (up to 220 lbs)?
  • Is the unit on a flat surface? (remember, the unit will not function as it should on a rug/carpet). to check if your Treadly is on an even surface - press with your foot on one of the side rails your foot and see if there is any wobble and movement. Your Treadly should be firm on the ground and not shifting or tilting.

If the answer to all the above is Yes - Try to connect the unit to another outlet.

Make sure the unit is connected directly to the outlet (not with an extension cord). If the issue isn't resolved - check if the belt is aligned. If not, align the belt.
