To solve an E2 error, please follow the next troubleshooting steps:
- Is the belt moving freely with no noise?
- Is the user within the weight limit (up to 265lbs)?
- Is the unit on a flat surface? (remember, the unit will not function as it should on a thick rug/carpet). to check if Treadly is on an even surface - press with your foot on one of the side rails your foot and see if there is any wobble and movement. Treadly should be firm on the ground and not shifting or tilting.
If the answer to all the above is Yes - Turn off your unit, plug it to a different ground wall outlet and turn it back on.
Make sure the unit is connected directly to the outlet (not with an extension cord). If the issue isn't resolved - check if the belt is aligned. If not, align the belt.
If the issue is not resolved after following the mentioned steps, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
