If you need further help when using the Treadly app:
- Click on your profile picture or icon (from the home screen).
- Click the gear button in the upper right corner.
- Scroll down towards the bottom on the menu list to find the customer support options. You can choose to “Chat with Support” to speak to one of our Team Treadly customer support agents (during our business hours of 9 am- 6 pm EST) or choose to “Send Feedback” to our Team Treadly technical support for further assistance with the Treadly app.
Note: “Chat with Support” is also available directly from the home screen (scroll all the way down the page).
