Is my Treadly covered under warranty?

Every Treadly is covered under a 12-month warranty (included with your purchase), which starts the day you receive your Treadly. The warranty covers the cost of repair (parts and labor) for issues that occur under normal use and service conditions*. Shipping materials (i.e.: new box and packaging) are not covered under the warranty and will need to be purchased for $50. Warranties are non-transferable if ownership of the Treadly is transferred during the 12- month period. Additionally, the warranty will be voided if there are any cosmetic or mechanical changes or self-repairs done to your Treadly, or if the Treadly is moved to a location outside our shipping coverage.
