How can I return my Treadly?

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within the first 30 days from receipt of your new Treadly.

If you need to return your Treadly, please reach to Team Treadly who will assist with your return process.

The return shipping cost of $80 will be deducted from any refund processed back to your account unless the reason for returning is due to a mechanical defect or a delivery failure.
