If you have already completed the returns process, your refund will be processed when the unit has been received at our facility.
Once received, processing may take up to 7-10 business days before it will be visible on the card or in the account used for the original purchase.
An email will be sent confirming that your refund has been processed back to your account.
I requested a refund in October after purchasing a Treadly in August, but it never arrived. Customer service said ongoing supply chain issues continued to delay. After agreeing to the delay for two months, I requested a refund.. It is now mid-november and my refund still hasn't been processed by the Treadly team. It has now been over 3 weeks since a customer service agent agreed to process my refund by never did. I would advise extreme caution when purchasing from Treadly.
I requested a refund back in December and they said that my order will be cancelled, and I will have a refund in 7-10 days. I still have not received it. I have contacted support MANY times and it's the same song and dance. It is now 2 months since I have requested a refund and I still have nothing. I have contacted support and there has been no response for the past 2 weeks from support. This is terrible customer service. PLEASE BE ADVISED WHEN DEALING WITH TREADLY. They seem very deceiving.
