If you need to request a cancellation of your Treadly order that has not yet been shipped, please reach out to Team Treadly as soon as possible, and they will reach out to confirm cancellation accordingly. Once cancelled, any payments already taken at the time of purchase will be refunded back to you within 5 business days of your confirmed cancellation.
If your Treadly has already shipped (and you have already received your tracking information), refunds can only be processed back once your Treadly is rerouted and received back to our facilities. If you receive your Treadly, and then wish to return before even unboxing (and it is still within 30 days of receipt), the cost of shipping back to our NJ facilities will be deducted from your refund processed back once your Treadly is received back.
