If your Treadly had not shipped and you’d d like to request a cancellation, please contact Team Treadly as soon as possible. One of our team members will reach out to you to confirm the cancellation. Once canceled, any payments already taken at the time of purchase will be refunded back to you within 7-10 business days of your confirmed cancellation.
If your Treadly has already shipped (and you have already received your tracking information), refunds can only be processed back once your Treadly is rerouted and received back to our facilities. If you receive your Treadly and then wish to return it before unboxing it (and it is still within 30 days of receipt), the cost of shipping back to our New Jersey facilities will be deducted from your refund once we receive your Treadly.
Team Treadly strongly advises that you try out the Treadly for yourself (you have 30
days to do so) before canceling to see how the Treadly can really work and fit into
your current or anticipated healthy routine. If you have any questions,
