Difficulty pairing the speakers?
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
- Check that you are going through the Bluetooth menu on your phone settings, not within the app (that's for the pin when pairing with the Treadly 2 Pro).
- Check that you are entering the correct PIN.
- Check that there is no interference with other devices.
Can’t hear any sound from the speakers?
- Test pairing other devices.
- Turn the Treadly off and on.
- Turn the device off and on.
- If you try the above and still cannot hear sound from the speakers after successfully pairing with them, please reach out to Team Treadly directly for further assistance.
