What should I do if I cannot pair or hear anything from my Treadly speakers?

Difficulty pairing the speakers?

  • Check that Bluetooth is enabled on the device. 
  • Check that you are going through the Bluetooth menu on your phone settings, not within the app (that's for the pin when pairing with the Treadly 2 Pro).
  • Check that you are entering the correct PIN.
  • Check that there is no interference with other devices.

 

Can’t hear any sound from the speakers?

  • Test pairing other devices.
  • Turn the Treadly off and on.
  • Turn the device off and on.
  • If you try the above and still cannot hear sound from the speakers after successfully pairing with them, please reach out to Team Treadly directly for further assistance.
