Multi User mode and unclaimed activities

Multi User Mode allows multiple users in the same household to use the same Treadly while having individual stats for each user (Note: each user must have their own device and profile in the app). If Multi User Mode is on, you can claim any of the previous activities completed while not connected with the app (Unclaimed Activities). Please note that the app cannot differentiate if an activity belongs to you or one of the other household users.

If you’re the only person using your Treadly, we recommend turning this feature off. When you turn Multi User Mode off, every activity done without starting the workout from your app will automatically be assigned to you the next time you pair your app to your Treadly. To turn on/off Multi User Mode, go to Settings > Treadly Configuration > Multi User Mode.
