You can set your daily goal for calories, distance, duration, or time. The app will monitor your progress during your workout and notify you once you’ve reached 50% (and 100%) of your daily goal.
To set your daily goal, go to your profile screen and press the gear icon in the upper right corner to open your Settings.
From the Settings screen, go to your Account Settings by pressing on your username. Then, press on Profile Settings. From here, you can set the goal type (calories, steps, distance, or time), and your daily goal.
