You can set your daily calorie goal. The app will monitor it during your workout and will let you know once you reached 50% (and then 100%) of your daily goal.
To set your daily goal, swipe to your Profile screen and click the 'Settings' icon on the top right corner.
On the settings screen, go to “Profile Settings”. Now you can set your daily calorie goal (and also enter your gender, date of birth, weight, height, and the metric units you would like to see on the app).
