To monitor your own progress, the app tracks your steps, distance, calories, average speed, and step length. You can see your day-to-day progress and dive into each day's workout.

To check your workout history, click the “Stats” icon (the bar graph icon on the bottom menu). 

Next, press the “History” tab. On this screen, you will see your total stats for each day. You can tap on the calendar icon (top right corner) to see a monthly view of your progress.
